Processing Time

  • Premade items are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-order items are made to order and require additional processing time. Estimated ship times for pre-orders are clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and are produced specifically for your order.

  • Shipping timelines for pre-orders may range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the item.

  • All pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production delays or high demand.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

Orders with Mixed Items

  • If your order includes both premade and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

  • We do not split shipments unless previously arranged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
