Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy carefully before submitting an exchange request.

Exchanges Only

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges only are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Exchange Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping and ensure a replacement is sent at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items, promotional items, and discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
