Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.
Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping and ensure a replacement is sent at no additional cost.
